Here you will find all relevant information that can be of use during your stay in our hotel. We kindly ask that, during your stay with us, you adhere to the house rules and the instructions we present to you:

• Check-in is done exclusively through the reception in the period from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00 on departure day. Room occupancy after 10:00 on the day of departure is charged separately.
• For the purpose of the daily rest, the rooms are provided for a period from 12:00 to 18:00 h, with surcharge.
• We suggest you to keep all personal belongings of value (valuables and money) in the room safe. Hotel is not responsible for the eventual disappearance of the indicated values.
• Guests are obliged to use the room and all other social spaces and facilities in the manner of a good host, which especially refers to inventory, installations and devices. Otherwise, any damage must be compensated; the inventory list is located at the reception.
• We can not accept animals in our hotel, because we are not registered as pet friendly.
• It is not allowed to bring food and drinks to the hotel. Service charge will be applied for consumation of food and drinks in the public hotel premisses (bars, restaurant, lobby, reception, beach and pool areas) if they are purchased outside the hotel.
• It is desirable that you leave the room key card at the reception in order not to lose it, which would create additional costs.
• Please respect the dress code throughout hotel and other facilities
• Before entering the hotel pool or spa center, it is necessary to take a shower
• Please read the fire instructions and evacuation plan carefully, which is prominently displayed on the room door from the inside.
• If there is a fire in your room or any other part of the hotel, urgently evacuate and inform the reception or management about everything. The hotel is equipped with smoke detectors, a sprinkler system, non-combustible materials, and the lift will be lowered to the ground level in case of a fire alarm, and the door will open.
• The guest must not cause noise in the hotel, especially during the afternoon break from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 22:00 to 07:00h.
• While staying at the hotel and at the beach, please think of natural environment and pay attention to the rational use of water and electricity.
• In case of non-compliance with the house rules, hotel has legal right to reduce your stay, and to declare you undesirable

All of our rooms have a tastefully equipped living room, private bathroom and free toiletries are provided.

All rooms are air-conditioned and guests can adjust the temperature at their own discretion. In the event of a malfunction please inform the reception.

It is preferable that the air conditioners are switched off when a balcony door is open and when the room is not occupied for a longer period of time.

Rooms are cleaned every day. If you do not want to be disturbed, use the hanger located in the visible place of the room. Towels are changed daily or at your personal request; we take care of the environment - the towel hanging on the hanger means "i will use it again."

If you want to use our washing, ironing or chemical cleaning services, use special bags located in the room. The housekeeping staff will take the dirty laundry and return it to the room within 24 hours. In the meantime, you can settle the bill at the reception.

All hotel rooms are equipped with free wi-fi, flat-screen tv, and guests are provided with satellite reception of several national and international channels that you can choose from the list shown:

PERAST TOUR

Perast is the most beautiful example of baroque construction on the Adriatic coast. Wondering between 19 palaces, which today witness the former size and wealth, we continue walking to the main square where we can see the church of St. Nicholas built in the XVII century.

Immediately by the old church there is a bell tower from 1691, 55 m high.

The church is richly painted with Tripo Kokolja’s paintings. It consists of a rich treasury, precious textile for ecclesiastical rites from the 16th and 17th century.

Perast has a sea and maritime tradition dating to the ancient times. The city has a shipyard from the 14th century, which operated until the 19th century.

It is also known for a famous maritime school, where even Peter the Great sent sons of the famous noble families to be trained by the famous sailor and mathematician Marko Martinović.

Perast also had duty-free trade with the Republic of Venice.

The most famous symbols of Perast are the islands of Sv. Djordje and Gospa od Škrpjela.

Sv. Djordje is a natural island. The today’s church was built in the 17th century. Up until year 1866 it was the city cemetery.

The island with the church of Our Lady of the Skrpelj was founded in the fifteenth century when the icon of the Virgin with the child was found on the rocks. Continuous throwing of stones and sinking of old ships to the sea artificially built the island. Today’s church was built in 1860. The famous Peraški painter from the 17th century Tripo Kokol painted the church. In the church itself there are 2000 venerable silver tiles, each plaque is a sign of gratitude to Perastan for victory over the various difficulties.

TARA CANYON AND BREATHTAKING NORTH OF MONTENEGRO (WHOLE DAY) – THURSDAY

This excursion that we have prepared for you will give you the opportunity to enjoy in a day full of history, pure nature and famous hospitality of Montenegrin people.

On our way to the north of the country, we pass by Grahovo village, famous for the battle from XIX century, then Niksic, an old town, that existed as early as which is also the industrial center of the country  IV century, which is industrial center of the country.

After passing by Vidrovan and Savnik, we arrive to Zabljak, small town and Montnegrin alpine center, situated at the altitude of 1450m above the sea level and famous for its amazing Black lake, we find ourselves in front of Durmitor, the highest mountain massif in Montenegro (2523m).

We will spend some time by the lake, walk around, enjoy the nature – Montenegrin wild beauty. Later, we will have our lunch in a local restaurant and continue towards the most famous bridge in Montenegro – Djurdjevica Tara. Two canyons, high mountains, delicious food, breathtaking landscapes, small towns and monasteries… Return to the hotel for dinner.

MONTENEGRO HISTORY AND HERITAGE (WHOLE DAY)

This excursion will help you discover rich cultural, historical and natural heritage of Montenegro. In the morning you pass by the oldest coastal town in Montenegro, Budva, and continue towards Cetinje, town museum and former capital of the country. Visit of the town, lunch in a local restaurant. After lunch you go to the heart of the country, small village of Njegusi, the birth place of the dynasty Petrovic Njegos that ruled the country for 220 years.

After short break in the village, you will enjoy the most exciting part of the tour, old road that leads to Kotor, with 25 harp-like bands. Admire breathtaking view to the Bay of Kotor. At the end, visit of the medieval town of Kotor, one of two Montenegrin Unesco sites. Guided sightseeing tour of the old town, visit of the cathedral of St. Tryphon, from XIII century. Return to the hotel.

BATEAU MOUCHE – BOAT TRIP (WHOLE DAY)

Bay of Kotor undoubtly represents the greatest interest for staying in Montenegro. Rare are the places whose beauty exceeds that of the bay of Kotor. Departure from the hotel to discover southernmost fjord of Europe, its narrowest strait – Verige, old villages of Lepetani, Stoliv, Markov rt, Prcanj, Muo, Perast and medieval town of Kotor, with its amazing fortresses and walls, all parts of Unesco heritage of the world. A spectacular  panoramic view of the Bay of Kotor will be forever carved into your memory

During boat trip you will have opportunities to see the island of St. George, to stop and visit the artificially made island Our Lady of the Rock, with its magnificent church from XVIII century, decorated with 68 baroque paintings done by Tripo Kokolja. Lunch on boat. Free time for swimming, return to hotel.
